ANCY is a national non-profit community arts service organization based in Ontario that connects artists and organizations working with children and youth across Canada. Artists interested in teaching children may find this site useful.
ArtsSmarts
This program, funded by the J.W. McConnell Family Foundation, pairs artists with teachers to infuse arts across school curricula. Artists in Ontario who are interested in working with schoolchildren may be interested in projects at the Durham School Board or MASC in Ottawa.

Cultural Careers Council Ontario (CCCO)
CCCO addresses human resources and career development needs and issues for Ontario's arts and culture community. CCCO develops, facilitates and promotes human resources and career development programs, publications, services and partnerships. CCCO has a job board of work and volunteer opportunities in the cultural sector.
Cultural Human Resources Council (CHRC)
CHRC is a sector council bringing together representatives of arts disciplines and cultural industries to address the training and career development needs of cultural workers – artists, creators, technical staff, managers and all others engaged professionally in the sector, including the self-employed. The site provides information and publications of interest to professional artists. On the CultureWorks part of its site, CHRC has information about jobs and provides advice about how artists can prepare resumes and other marketing material.
National Aboriginal Arts Animator Program
The National Aboriginal Arts Animator Program is a three-year training program for students from a cross-section of Canadian Indigenous cultures. The focus is on storytelling, defined broadly. While the core of the program revolves around performing arts practice, related interests may include new media, film/video, music, dance, spectacle, writing, photography, visual arts/design, and others.
Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD)
OCAD is Canada’s largest university for art and design, specializing in creativity and innovation.
