Al and Malka Green Artists' Health Centre (AHC)
Located at the Toronto Western Hospital, the AHC offers both complementary/alternative and conventional health care to professional creative and performing artists, and to students and staff at post-secondary arts institutions. The mandate includes research, education and outreach to the arts community.
Artists Legal Advice Service
ALAS provides free legal advice to Ontario artists working in all disciplines. Artists can schedule an appointment to see a lawyer for one-half hour by calling 416 -367-2527.
Arts Network for Children and Youth (ANCY)
ANCY is a national non-profit community arts service organization based in Ontario that connects artists and organizations working with children and youth across Canada. Craft artists interested in teaching children may find this site useful.
Artscape
Based in Toronto, Artscape's work extends beyond its buildings with resources, programs and services available citywide, nationally and internationally. In addition to providing non-profit studio space and programming for visual artists, it has a residency program located at Gibraltar Point on Toronto Island

This program, funded by the J.W. McConnell Family Foundation, pairs artists with teachers to infuse arts across school curricula.
Associated Designers of Canada (ADC)
ADC is a not-for-profit arts service organization and professional association dedicated to promoting and protecting the interests of set, costume, lighting and sound designers working within the performing arts in Canada.
Association for Native Development in the Performing & Visual Arts (ANDPVA)
ANDPVA is the country's leading Aboriginal arts service organization, representing over 300 of the country's active artists through advocacy, special initiatives and resourceful programming.
Canada Council for the Arts
Canada Council for the Arts is the national arts funding agency. This site provides information about the council's grants to fine craft artists and curators to support for research, professional development, production, networking and career development activities. The council also administers a number of important awards and prizes.
Canadian Conference of the Arts (CCA)
The Canada Council for the Arts is a non-partisan, non-profit cultural advocacy organization. It provides a national forum for debate on cultural policy and are the leading national advocate for Canada's artists and cultural institutions and industries.
Canadian Crafts Federation (CCF)
CCF is the national organization for professional fine craft. The site provides link to provincial craft organizations; single discipline craft organizations and international craft organizations. It also connects to research on craft markets, and export opportunities and programs offered by the federal Department of Foreign Affairs.
CARFAC
CARFAC is a non-profit association and a National Art Service Organization, with a mandate to promote the visual arts in Canada, promote a socio-economic climate that is conducive to the production of visual arts in Canada, and conduct research
Coalition for Cultural Diversity (CCD)
The CCD, an organization of Canadian cultural professional associations, has a mandate to assert that cultural diversity is a fundamental human right and that countries and governments be entirely free to adopt the policies necessary to support the diversity of cultural expression and the viability of enterprises that produce and disseminate this expression.
