Centre for the Arts in Toronto
The Centre for the Arts is a not-for-profit community arts centre that addresses the need for artists to have a place where their voices can be heard and their works produced. The Centre promotes and presents work in theatre, film and video, music, dance and the visual arts, and provides training and other services to the community.

Dancer Transition Resource Centre (DTRC)
The DTRC was founded in 1985 with a mandate to help dancers make necessary transitions into, within, and from professional performing careers. DTRC provides counselling services, skills grants and retraining grants for members. DTRC has some resources, and organizes workshops and programs, available to all dancers and professional dance students.
Earth in Motion World Indigenous Dance
The mandate of Earth in Motion is to develop a creative forum for innovative and compelling Aboriginal contemporary dance.
National Aboriginal Arts Animator Program
The National Aboriginal Arts Animator Program is a three-year training program for students from a cross-section of Canadian Indigenous cultures. The focus is on storytelling, defined broadly. While the core of the program revolves around performing arts practice, related interests may include new media, film/video, music, dance, spectacle, writing, photography, visual arts/design, and others.
Ontario Colleges and Universities
Many Ontario colleges and universities provide education and training in all aspects of theatre and the performing arts, including scriptwriting, directing, acting, stage management, design, etc.
